Our Data
Our expectations and great enthusiasm for learning are reflected in our high results which have been sustained over time. Cohort numbers are small and each child's score can be a high percentage of the total. Any variations in performance are acknowledged and plans for improvement rigorously followed and the difference made evaluated, as part of the school's School Development Planning. Performance information over time is included below. Department for Education Performance Tables provide detailed analysis of Twyning School's and other schools' performance against a variety of measures.

Data for 2021-2022
The government will not publish KS2 level data for the 2021 to 2022 academic year. They have archived data from the 2018 to 2019 academic year because they recognise that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance. As a school however, we are keen to share our KS2 data from July 2022 with you. Please go to the files at the bottom of this page!
Data during COVID (July 2020, July 2021)
Over the last 2 academic years, the DfE canceled all external exams and tests. For us at Twyning, the impact for us is that there have been no Year 2 or year 6 SATs tests or Phonics Screening Check for Year 1 children. Within school, we have continued to assess children's attainment and progress however using our own Teacher Assessments.
