Communications
If you have any questions, queries or things to discuss with school, please come in to talk to the class team. We have an open-door policy and we will be happy to discuss anything with you. We are also available via email but please note that we will not respond to emails between 7pm and 8am during weekdays and throughout the weekends. If you feel you would like more clarification of something or feel like something has not been resolved, then please follow the communications procedure below.
We have created a communications flowchart so that we can direct your query in the right direction. Please endeavor to follow this system so that information and queries are shared appropriately.
School Spider
Our main forms of communication are via email or School Spider. School Spider is an app, that if notifications are enabled, will promptly notify you of any communications from us. It is often used to contact you about clubs and sports events.
If you would like to make contact with your child's class teacher by email, please see the list of email addresses below for each class.
Class Dojo
We use Class Dojo to share pictures and information about your child's class. Please DO NOT use the messaging facility on there to contact teachers as they will not reply. Many thanks
